Forward Yoga Fold Pose – Yoga with Adriene
Our foundation of the Yoga Series continues with this Stand Up Fold Forward (Uttanasana) which is great stretch for the back and hamstrings. Cool and soothing, this pose is great before bedtime to help insomnia and great tension at all times to release and toxic thoughts. Also a great pose to relieve headaches – believe it or not!
